Before the Tour: We will contact you after you make your reservation and we will schedule your balloon tour. The balloon tour start time changes depending on the sunrise throughout the year. We will let you know the tour start time according to your booking date

Clothing Selection: Inside the hot air balloon, the temperature is the same as on the ground. It can be quite chilly in the early morning, so it's important to dress appropriately for the temperature. Bring a jacket and wear comfortable shoes

Meeting at the Hotel: We'll come to pick you up from the hotel (Winter: at around 6:00 AM / Summer: at around 4:00 AM - We will let you know the final pick up time one day before the tour date…) and we'll drop you off to our office. Payment will be processed by our team before the flight

Preparation and Breakfast: We'll go to the flight area after our pilots decide the flight point. While we are preparing to fly the hot air balloons, you can have your quick breakfast we served will be given as snacks and you can take pictures of the preparation of the balloons

Time to Fly: The crew will help you into the basket, and when everyone is happy and comfortable you will lift off. You're going to have a unique experience and you're going to see the spectacular views of Cappadocia. The balloons rise between 5-1000 meters above the ground depending on flight conditions. Your pilots will inform you about this unique region throughout the flight. Do not forget to bring your camera or phone for amazing photos!

After the Tour: We will have a celebration at the end of the amazing balloon tour. When you drink your drinks (Non-alcoholic champagne or soft drinks) we will give you a personalised commemorative flight certificate

Return to Hotel: After your magical journey, we’ll return you to your hotel, leaving you with unforgettable memories to treasure. (Winter: at around 9:00 AM / Summer: at around 7:00 AM)

Do you tip after a hot air balloon ride? Tipping is not mandatory on the balloon ride in Cappadocia Turkey. There is a tip box during post-tour celebrations. If you want, you can leave a small tip for the pilots and other employees who help the balloon land

How safe are Cappadocia Balloons? There are 27 different balloon companies in Cappadocia. The state (Civil Aviation Center) inspects these companies for suitability for flight. At the same time, it checks the weather for safe flight. If all conditions are suitable for the balloon tour, it gives flight permission to all companies and announces this on its website 1 day in advance

Do you sit or stand in hot air balloon? Balloon baskets are designed for standing tours and you cannot sit during the 1-hour tour. If you have problems standing, the balloon tour will be a little difficult for you
